She graduated from San Jose State University with her MSW in 2021 and received a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz in 2015.
She believes in and practices a holistic approach to healing and therapy. She has experience implementing Trauma Informed Care, CBT, DBT, mindfulness practice, Community Resiliency Model (CRM), and Motivational Interviewing with a person centered, strengths based foundation. In her off time, she camps, reads, paddle boards, and spends time outside with her dog, Aurora, and in her community.
