The Lotus Collaborative is proudly in-network with the following insurance providers:

Additionally, many insurance plans allow for a Single Case Agreement (SCA), which is a special arrangement where your insurance company agrees to treat Lotus as in-network for your care, even if we’re not already listed on their provider panel. This can allow you to access your in-network benefits for treatment at Lotus.

If your insurance plan doesn’t currently list us as in-network, we’re always happy to explore an SCA on your behalf. We have extensive experience with this process and a high success rate, and our admissions team will guide you through each step.

We also work with Medi-Cal referrals.
