Eating Disorder Recovery Support Group
Free • In-person • Ages 14+ • Sundays, 3-4pm
A therapist-led space for people in recovery, just beginning to explore recovery, or struggling with food and body and looking for support.
Nearly 30 million people in the U.S. struggle with eating disorders, and most never receive specialized care.
Many people feel unsure if what they’re going through “counts,” and others struggle to sustain the hard work required for recovery.
This space can act as a touchpoint with a recovery-oriented community, a reminder of the beauty of recovery, and a source of support around the complicated relationships we have with food, body image, or exercise.
Facilitated by an eating disorder specialist, this in-person group offers space for reflection, shared support, and recovery-oriented conversation.
Come as you are. All are welcome. No diagnosis needed.
Groups are intentionally small to support a safe, connected space. Please register in advance to reserve your spot:
