Anna has a passion for helping individuals eat with a realistic and balanced approach that supports the lifestyle each individual hopes to live. She strives to teach others how to create stability and confidence in food choices to promote long term recovery. Anna brings an All Foods Fit philosophy to her work with her clients, while individualizing the approach to support both physical and mental health.  She holds certifications in digestive health, sports nutrition, and intuitive eating, and she uses her knowledge and experience to help each individual find the healthiest version of themselves. Anna promotes Health at Every Size, and she works diligently to counteract the distorted perceptions of health and wellness that exist in mainstream media. She loves supporting clients through rebuilding their relationships with food, exercise, and themselves and getting the opportunity to help each individual customize their own recovery.

Anna earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Comprehensive Science from Villanova University, and she earned her Master of Science degree in Nutrition Science and Metabolism from Syracuse University.  She received specialized training in eating disorder treatment from the University of Minnesota in collaboration with The Emily Program.  She has experience working in all levels of eating disorder treatment, and she specializes in supporting working professionals who lead a busy lifestyle, specifically in tech. 

In her spare time, Anna loves napping with her dog Tito, listening to True Crime podcasts, and eating all the burritos SF has to offer.  ​
