Liz Cruz Porter, B.S.
Director of Operations & Business Development

Liz started as TLC’s outreach coordinator in 2014 and was the ambassador and voice of TLC within the Santa Cruz and Monterey community. In 2016 she was promoted to the executive management team as the Director of Operations and Business Development. She is currently leading the development of Luminous Healing Center, a trauma division of TLC. She brings with her years of sales and business development experience, as well as a background in health and nutrition. She attended San Francisco State University where she earned a B.S in Dietetics, providing her with a respect and understanding of the psychological and emotional connections associated with the way we eat.
Before working in marketing and business development, Liz was a Nutrition Coach. She has a creative spirit and has worked to bring a warm personable feel to TLC's website and branding. She believes that The Lotus Collaborative’s integrated and individualized soulful approach is what makes treatment at Lotus unique. As Director of Operations and Business Development she is responsible for overall management and direction of strategic operational, business development and marketing activities as well as special projects.
